I like their food but everytime I order from them something is missing from my order. First time was my fries second time my chicken fingers this time I ordered 2 cans of ice tea got one

I order from them all the time and I will continue to order from them. This is the first time I ha e a complaint . The chicken finger where hard not fresh and we did not get our fries .

Very delicious, but It would have been nice if they sealed the container and put cardboard between the orders. I burned myself with the sauce and the containers.

Food was very cold when it was handed to me and I understand yous were busy but to wait over two hours just to get cold food is very and highly wrong!!!!!!!! I will never order from here again!!!!

I absolutely love Chef Ho's food. This was my first time using an app to order. My only complaint is that I requested extra rice in place of the egg roll with one of the combination plates and this was not done even though it was an option in the app. Otherwise great food and service.
